The RIEGL VZ-2000i is a long-range 3D laser scanning system based on a forward-thinking, innovative data processing architecture, internet connectivity, and RIEGL's latest waveform processing technology. The system combines user-friendly, field-proven tools with the accuracy and speed of data collection.
The new processing architecture allows you to perform various background tasks (such as point cloud registration, georeferencing, orientation using the built-in inertial measurement unit, etc.) in normal mode in parallel with the acquisition of scan data.

VZ-2000i, allows you to create your own applications based on the Phyton programming language, expanding the functionality of the scanner.
Additional system capabilities are provided by connecting external peripherals and accessories, such as an integrated GNSS receiver for a highly accurate real-time solution and a SIM card slot
to connect 3G/4G LET, WLAN, LAN, USB, and other ports for external devices.

The RiSCAN PRO / RiSOLVE software enables automatic registration and staining of scanned data. The conveniently organized functionality of the software provides a fast and efficient process for collecting, registering and staining 3D scan data. Additional filtering, image animation and measurement tools allow you to quickly get results from the beginning of the survey to the creation of interpretable materials
