RobotScan E0505 is a professional 3D scanner OptimScan-5M, which is combined with a robot arm from the well-known company Shining 3D. Created for production purposes.

This unit has been specially developed for large-scale production. A very precise scanning system is mounted in the robot manipulator.

RobotScan E0505 can completely independently digitize various objects. The built-in manipulator arm grabs the object and places it on a special platform. After that, the camera measures the parameters, forming a complete cloud of points, with an accuracy of 5 microns, and transmits the collected information to the PC. The maximum time for one scan is 0.5 sec.The system provides the ability to change lenses for greater detail.

The device is focused on mass testing of certain parts in whole or in part.
